Do I need a medical background to become a health coach?
No, you don’t. Health and wellness coaching is about guiding behavior change, building accountability, and helping clients make sustainable lifestyle improvements—not diagnosing or prescribing. Our program trains you from the ground up, regardless of your background.
Can I do this alongside my full-time job?
Absolutely. Our program is 100% online and flexible. Most of our students complete their certification while working full-time. you can start coaching post certification with 5-10 hours per week and scale as you grow.
Is this certification recognized internationally?
Yes. We’re the ONLY health coaching program in India with both national and international certification pathways, including:
- HSSC certification (INDIA) – Healthcare Sector Skill Council under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE)
- NCVET-aligned national pathway (INDIA) – National Council for Vocational Education and Training, India’s overarching regulator for vocational education and training

Will I get support finding clients after the certification program?
Yes. We provide comprehensive business training, including how to find clients, set your pricing, market yourself, and build your practice. With the HSSC and NCVET recognition of our national programs, you can work with clients globally while operating your coaching practice from India. And with the NBHWC certification pathway, you can also explore opportunities to practice internationally, subject to the requirements of the country you choose to work in. Many of our graduates land their first paying client within weeks of certification.
What's the difference between a health coach and a nutritionist/dietitian?
Nutritionists and dietitians focus primarily on food and meal planning. Health coaches take a holistic approach—addressing stress, sleep, movement, mindset, and sustainable behavior change alongside nutrition. You guide the whole person, not just their diet.
How much can I realistically earn as a health coach?
Our certified coaches earn anywhere from ₹25,000 to ₹5 lakhs per month, depending on their client load, pricing, and revenue streams. Many start part-time and scale to full-time six-figure practices within 12-18 months.
What if I don't have any clients or audience right now?
That's completely normal. Most of our students start from zero. We teach you proven client acquisition strategies including leveraging social media, networking, partnerships, and referrals—no huge following required.
Is there an age limit to becoming a health coach?
No age limit. We’ve trained coaches from their 20s onwards. Whether you’re a young professional looking for a career change or someone seeking a meaningful second career, health coaching can be a career option at different stages of life.
