Do I need a medical or fitness background to become a health coach?
No, you don't. Health and wellness coaching is about guiding behavior change, building accountability, and helping clients make sustainable lifestyle improvements—not diagnosing or prescribing. Our program trains you from the ground up, regardless of your background.
Can I do this alongside my full-time job?
Absolutely. Our program is 100% online and flexible. Most of our students complete their certification while working full-time. you can start coaching post certification with 5-10 hours per week and scale as you grow.
Is this certification recognized internationally?

What's the difference between a health coach and a nutritionist/dietitian?
Nutritionists and dietitians focus primarily on food and meal planning. Health coaches take a holistic approach—addressing stress, sleep, movement, mindset, and sustainable behavior change alongside nutrition. You guide the whole person, not just their diet.
How much can I realistically earn as a health coach?
Our certified coaches earn anywhere from ₹25,000 to ₹5 lakhs per month, depending on their client load, pricing, and revenue streams. Many start part-time and scale to full-time six-figure practices within 12-18 months.
What if I don't have any clients or audience right now?
That's completely normal. Most of our students start from zero. We teach you proven client acquisition strategies including leveraging social media, networking, partnerships, and referrals—no huge following required.
Is there an age limit for this program?
